But don’t worry, we won’t yoga you to death—there’s plenty of time to wander, rest, and indulge however your heart desires.

All that said, you DO NOT have to practice yoga to join us. You can practice yoga and decide not to practice yoga on the trip. You can not practice yoga and decide to try it on the trip. It's your adventure to unfold any way you choose.
